Additional Rooms means those rooms in addition to the Base Rooms that a Property makes available for booking through the System.

Additional Rooms. As defined in Recital B. Affiliates: (a) any Person directly or indirectly controlling, controlled by or under common control with such other Person; and (b) any member of the immediate family (e.g., grandmother, grandfather, father, mother, son, daughter, brother, sister, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew, grandson or granddaughter) of any of the foregoing Persons. For purposes hereof, the term “control” shall mean the possession directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of such entity, either alone or in combination with any one or more Persons, whether through the ownership of voting securities, by contract or otherwise. Alteration: Any alteration, change, renovation or refurbishing, improvement or rebuilding of, or addition to, the Improvements (as hereinafter defined) or any part thereof, structural or otherwise.

Examples of Additional Rooms in a sentence

  • It is not intended to create a tenancy or any interest in the Premises save a bare licence of the Premises with rights in relation to the Galleries, the Compound, the Gin Yard, the Additional Rooms and the Accessway, and the Council remain at liberty to use the Premises, the Compound, the Gin Yard, the Additional Rooms and the Accessway, in any way which does not materially affect the Permitted Use.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, on the Opening Date, Operator shall have no obligations with respect to the Additional Rooms.

  • All materials and machinery stored and used on the Premises, the Compound, the Gin Yard, the Additional Rooms and the Accessway, (unless otherwise so specified in the Inventories) are the property and responsibility of the Licensee.

  • As the Project is developed, Owner will keep Operator reasonably informed of the progress of the Project and the projected date on which the Additional Rooms will be available for occupancy.

  • Property may also make Additional Rooms (beyond the 10% or 2 rooms) available for booking through the System at its full discretion.

Related to Additional Rooms

  • Additional Work means services outside the Agreement’s initial scope of Work, which may be added by Thornton. Additional Work may be negotiated separately and must be approved in writing by Thornton in an executed Change Order prior to performance.

  • Parking Garage means all or a portion of a building or structure the principal or intended principal use of which is the parking or storage of motor vehicles but excludes all or a portion of a building or structure that provides no more than four motor vehicle parking or storage spaces accessory to a residential use;

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • Additional Rental has the meaning set forth in Section 4.03.

  • Built-Up Area and/or “Covered Area” in relation to a Flat shall mean the floor area of that Flat including the area of balconies and terraces, if any attached thereto, and also the thickness of the walls (external or internal) and the columns and pillars therein Provided That if any wall, column or pillar be common between two Flats, then one-half of the area under such wall column or pillar shall be included in the built-up area of each such Flat.
