Additional Review definition

Additional Review. A complaint or allegation by or against a ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Carer and/or changes in circumstances in respect of a ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Carer, such as alterations in the family composition, may result in an additional review. It is the responsibility of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Carer to advise the Supervising Social Worker of any such changes. Any review may, in certain circumstances, result in the revision of the terms, or termination, of a ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Carers approval.

Examples of Additional Review in a sentence

  • If the Other Special Servicer and the Special Servicer agree on a revised course of action within the Initial Review Period or the Additional Review Period, then the Special Servicer shall revise the written proposal to reflect the agreed upon revised course of action and shall implement that course of action.

  • If the Other Special Servicer and the Special Servicer are unable to agree on the appropriate course of action by the end of the Additional Review Period, then the Special Servicer shall decide, in accordance with the Servicing Standard set forth in this Agreement, what course of action to follow.

  • If Additional Review Materials have not been provided by the Servicer within 15 calendar days after receipt of such notice, the parties agree that each Subject Receivable subject to the applicable Test(s) will have a Test Fail for the related Test(s) and the Test(s) will be considered completed and the Review Report will indicate the reason for the Test Fail.

  • The Asset Representations Reviewer will deliver a final Review Report to Indenture Trustee, the RPA Seller, the Servicer and the Transferor within 10 Business Days of receipt of such Additional Review Materials and/or clarification from the Servicer.

  • Additional Review Criteria As applicable for the project proposed, reviewers will evaluate the following additional items while determining scientific and technical merit, and in providing an overall impact score, but will not give separate scores for these items.

Additional Review has the meaning as set out Article 5.5 (e).

  • Annual Review means the process as set out in Clause 2.2 below and refers to the annual process of reviewing information and provisions of this Agreement in the light of legal and other changes at the School or the payment history of the parent/guardian. This is known as re- registration.

  • Institutional Review Board or “IRB” means, in accordance with 45 C.F.R. Part 46, 21 C.F.R. part 56, and other applicable regulations, an independent body comprising medical, scientific, and nonscientific members, whose responsibility is to ensure the protection of the rights, safety, and well-being of the Human Subjects involved in a study.

  • Architectural Review Committee or “ARC” shall mean the architectural review committee established by the Organization to review plans submitted to the Organization for architectural review.

  • Clinical review criteria means the written screening procedures, decision abstracts, clinical protocols, and practice guidelines used by a health carrier to determine the necessity and appropriateness of health care services.
