Additional Research Plan definition

Additional Research Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.4.
Additional Research Plan means a written plan setting forth the Collaboration Activities of the Parties with respect to any Additional Research Program and the budget therefor that is approved by both of the Parties.
