Additional Repairs definition

Additional Repairs means any repairs, not including the Repairs, nominated by us from time to time, which are available to you at a discounted fee, as determined by us (in our absolute discretion).

Additional Repairs. Any repairs requested by the District between periodic inspections will be provided at the current rates for parts and labor. The hourly labor rate quoted by the Vendor shall include full compensation for labor, equipment use, travel time, and any other costs incurred by the Vendor. This rate is assumed to be at straight-time for all labor. If overtime is allowable under this Solicitation, it will be covered as a separate item in the terms and conditions. Reports: Upon completion of each periodic inspection and/or additional repair, the successful Vendor shall report their findings and recommendations to the District in writing.

Examples of Additional Repairs in a sentence

  • Additional Repairs and Work shall be provided in accordance with Attachment A, Section E at the prevailing rate specified above, Cost of Analysis of Personnel.

  • The Borrower shall promptly commence making such Additional Repairs or Replacements.

  • With each request the Borrower shall certify that all Immediate Repairs, Replacements or Additional Repairs or Replacements, as the case may be, have been made in accordance with the requirements of this Loan Agreement and all Requirements of Laws.

  • As used in this Agreement, the other Loan Documents, or any certificate or other document made or delivered pursuant hereto, the capitalized terms used herein shall, unless otherwise defined herein or therein, have the following meanings: Additional Repair(s) or Replacement(s).

  • The Contractor shall provide supplemental proposals in accordance with the pricing as specified herein below Attachment B, Contractor Pricing, Section XXIII, Additional Repairs and Work.

  • The Lender may, in the Lender's reasonable discretion, adjust the Monthly Reserve Deposit to the Replacement Reserve Account from time to time to an amount sufficient, in the Lender's reasonable judgment, to maintain adequate balances necessary for Replacements, including, without limitation, Additional Repairs or Replacements made pursuant to the terms of the Loan Agreement and consistent with the requirements of the applicable Franchise Agreement and Operating Lease.

Related to Additional Repairs

  • Repairs means the repairs to be made to the Mortgaged Property, as described on the Repair Schedule of Work (Exhibit C) or as otherwise required by Lender in accordance with this Loan Agreement.
