Additional Project Facilities definition

Additional Project Facilities means any facilities, other than the Project Facilities, proposed to be acquired or renovated by the Corporation and sold to the County under the provisions hereof. Such Additional Project Facilities may be made subject to this Facilities Agreement.
Additional Project Facilities means any facilities of the City proposed to be acquired or renovated by the Corporation and made subject to the Facilities Agreement.

More Definitions of Additional Project Facilities

Additional Project Facilities means the facilities to be constructed by the Concessionaire by developing and augmenting the Existing Project Facilities and by constructing new infrastructure improvement works and replacements forming part of the water supply, transmission, treatment, storage, and distribution system required to provide the water supply services in the Service Area, as stated in the agreed in the CIP and subject to any addition or deduction that may occur pursuant to Change in Scope approved by the Authority in accordance with this Agreement.
Additional Project Facilities means the set forth in the Contract;

Related to Additional Project Facilities

  • Project Facilities means the facilities, equipment and vehicles provided under the Project;

  • Project Facility means facility being one or more of the following facilities as specified in the Special Conditions of Contract, being developed in accordance with the Project and the Detailed Project Implementation Report and includes all its buildings, equipment, facilities, software and systems and includes without limitation, where the circumstances so require, any expansion thereof from time to time and may include any new location to be separately mentioned in the Special Conditions of Contract.

  • Additional Facilities has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 2.9(a).

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.

The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Project Land means any parcel or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter;

  • New Project means (a) each facility or operating location which is either a new facility, location or office or an expansion, relocation, remodeling or substantial modernization of an existing facility, location or office owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries which in fact commences operations and (b) each creation (in one or a series of related transactions) of a business unit to the extent such business unit commences operations or each expansion (in one or a series of related transactions) of business into a new market.

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Redevelopment Project Area means an area designated by the municipality, which is not less in the aggregate than 1 1/2 acres and in respect to which the municipality has made a finding that there exist conditions which cause the area to be classified as an industrial park conservation area or a blighted area or a conservation area, or a combination of both blighted areas and conservation areas.

  • Project Property means the real property on or for which preconstruction service or construction work is or will be provided.

  • Capital Improvement Project means the acquisition, construction, reconstruction, improvement, planning and equipping of roads and bridges, appurtenances to roads and bridges to enhance the safety of animal-drawn vehicles, pedestrians, and bicycles, wastewater treatment facilities, water supply systems, solid waste disposal facilities, and storm water and sanitary collection, storage and treatment facilities including real property, interests in real property, facilities, and equipment related or incidental to those facilities.

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Additional Property means, in respect of a Series, the rights and benefits provided in respect of the Series, or applicable Class, pursuant to any letter of credit, surety bond, cash collateral account, spread account, guaranteed rate agreement, maturity liquidity facility, tax protection agreement, interest rate and/or currency swap agreement, loan agreement, enhancement agreement or other similar arrangement as contemplated under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and as provided for in the related Series Purchase Agreement.

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;
