Additional Project Facilities definition

Additional Project Facilities means any facilities of the County proposed to be acquired or renovated by the Corporation and made subject to the Facilities Agreement.

  • The Authority shall, cause the utility companies owning such utilities to undertake shifting of any utility including electric lines and telephone cables, to an appropriate location or alignment within or outside the Service Area if and only if such utility causes or shall cause a Material Adverse Effect on the construction, operation or maintenance of the Additional Project Facilities.

  • Specifically, to procure water for the O&M of the Additional Project Facilities, the Operator may provide necessary connections at the relevant Effective Service Area after obtaining all Applicable Permits (including any no-objection certificates from the relevant Government Instrumentalities and the Authority).

  • If any of such amounts are disbursed to the County, such amounts shall be expended only for the purpose of defraying the cost of Additional Project Facilities or other capital expenditures.

  • Additional Obligations may be issued for the purposes of providing funds (i) to refund any of the Series 2020 Notes or any Additional Obligations theretofore issued, (ii) for the purpose of paying the cost of completing the Project Facilities and (iii) for the purpose of paying the cost of Additional Project Facilities and Additional Ancillary Facilities.

Additional Project Facilities means any facilities, other than the Project Facilities, proposed to be acquired or renovated by the Corporation and sold to the City under the provisions hereof. Such Additional Project Facilities may be made subject to this Facilities Agreement.
Additional Project Facilities means the facilities to be constructed by the Concessionaire by developing and augmenting the Existing Project Facilities and by constructing new infrastructure improvement works and replacements forming part of the water supply, transmission, treatment, storage, and distribution system required to provide the water supply services in the Service Area, as stated in the agreed in the CIP and subject to any addition or deduction that may occur pursuant to Change in Scope approved by the Authority in accordance with this Agreement.

Related to Additional Project Facilities

  • Project Facilities means all the amenities and facilities situated on the Site, as described in Schedule-C;

  • Project Facility means facility being one or more of the following facilities as specified in the Special Conditions of Contract, being developed in accordance with the Project and the Detailed Project Implementation Report and includes all its buildings, equipment, facilities, software and systems and includes without limitation, where the circumstances so require, any expansion thereof from time to time and may include any new location to be separately mentioned in the Special Conditions of Contract.
