Additional Person definition

Additional Person has the meaning provided in Article 31.1(b).
Additional Person has the meaning set forth in Section 5.11 below.

  • Juristic Person means a partnership, association, trust, body corporate, company, close corporation or other legal or juristic person;

Xxxxxxx and/or his immediate family members.

  • Professional Persons means all Persons retained by order of the Bankruptcy Court in connection with the Reorganization Cases, pursuant to sections 327, 328, 330 or 1103 of the Bankruptcy Code, excluding any ordinary course professionals retained pursuant to order of the Bankruptcy Court.

  • Additional Members means those Members, if any, admitted to the Company after the Effective Date.

  • Individual Member means a registered, financial Member of the Club who is at least 18 years of age.
