Additional Orders definition

Additional Orders has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.

Examples of Additional Orders in a sentence

  • Service Requests conducted outside of the support contract, or change request implemented outside normal business hours will be dealt with as chargeable projects and subject to the Support and Professional Services Fess in 4.4. Additional Orders – any additions or changes that incur additional cost such as additional users or hardware, will be managed via Node4’s standard ordering process.

  • By using the Additional Orders Process, Customer represents and warrants that it is bound by all of the terms and conditions of the Agreement and as set forth herein, and submission of an order via the Additional Orders Process will be deemed Customer’s signature and authorization for such orders for the full Subscription Term, regardless as to whether a Customer elects not to use the Licensed Service prior to the end of the Subscription Term.

  • Final Order means the final order of the Court in a form acceptable to the Company and the Purchaser, each acting reasonably, approving the Arrangement, as such order may be amended by the Court (with the consent of both the Company and the Purchaser, each acting reasonably) at any time prior to the Effective Date or, if appealed, then, unless such appeal is withdrawn or denied, as affirmed or as amended (provided that any such amendment is acceptable to both the Company and the Purchaser, each acting reasonably) on appeal.
