Additional Note Payment definition

Additional Note Payment means a payment made by the Issuer to the Noteholder of the Series 20[ ]-[ ] Notes, using the proceeds of an Optional Payment or a Margin Call Payment under the PC Repurchase Agreement, to reduce the unpaid principal balance of the Series 20[ ]-[ ] Notes.]
Additional Note Payment means a payment made by the owner of the Owner Trust Certificate to the Noteholder of the Series 2016-MSRVF1 Notes during the Revolving Period to reduce the unpaid principal balance of the Series 2016-MSRVF1 Notes.
