Additional Note Instruction definition
Additional Note Instruction means an instruction of the Issuer delivered to the Indenture Trustee in an Officers’ Certificate providing for the issuance of Additional Notes.

The Issuer may, from time to time, subject to Section 6.02 and to compliance with any other applicable provisions of this Indenture, without the consent of the Holders, create and issue pursuant to this Indenture, one or more new series of Notes or additional Notes of an existing series (“Additional Notes”) by delivering an Additional Note Instruction or by entering into an Additional Note supplemental indenture for such series.
