Additional Module definition

Additional Module means a Software Module that is not a specified in the Purchase Order as Solution.
Additional Module is a software module that can be, at any time during the term of the Agreement, added to the Package in return for remuneration;
Additional Module means a Module, which is purchased additionally, license and use of which is subject to additional purchase and payment of additional fees.

  • An Additional Module refers to any Oracle/PeopleSoft module within ERP FSCM and ERP HCM that are not currently deployed by TxDOT.

Additional Module means an additional Product module made available to the General Practice, including the iGPR Patient Online Toolkit and iGPR Create Report modules but excluding the Core Module;

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.
