Additional Material definition

Additional Material means promotional and production material relating to the Titles such as but not limited to trailers, stills, production artwork, props or other physical materials appearing in or used for the Titles, cast and crew biographies, production notes, metadata, costume designs, font designs or graphic designs, and the names, likenesses, voices, gestures or other characteristics of artists in their roles in the Titles.
Additional Material means any material except material whose primary effect is to create a new prize and gift promotional offer, substantially different from a previously filed offer, or to extend the expiration date of a previously filed offer more than three years beyond its original approval date.
Additional Material. - means material based on or related to the Programme or any episode of it and/or the Footage to include, by way of example only, material such as out-takes, behind the scenes footage, player/team interviews, biographies, mini-episodes, highlight packages, preview packages, clips, applications and non-disc based games designed primarily to support and/or enhance the public service Programme offering;

  • Promotional Material means any communication that relates to the Company or its services made to or directed at, or that relates in any way to the solicitation of a Prospective Customer or a transaction in an Existing Customer’s trading account.
