Additional Losses means, as of any Additional Calculation Date, the portion of Losses paid after December 31, 2005, through the relevant Additional Calculation Date.

  • Such written notice shall describe the Additional Losses with reasonable specificity and shall include copies of invoices or other documentation for all costs treated as Additional Losses.
