Additional Licence definition

Additional Licence means any:
Additional Licence means any further Flexigrant licences purchased in addition to the licences recorded in the User Subscription section of the Contract Information Sheet at the end of this Agreement.

Examples of Additional Licence in a sentence

More Definitions of Additional Licence

Additional Licence means any licence, other than this Licence, that the Licensee has entered into with the Minister, pursuant to the Act, for the purposes of exploration, development and production of Petroleum in The Gambia.
Additional Licence means one or more further licences to use the Software in respect of a Data File or Location.

For the avoidance of doubt Decision Time’s Intellectual Property Rights (to the extent disclosed to the Customer) constitute Confidential Information of Decision Time. Customer Data means any and all data, information and material entered by or on behalf of the Customer and/or any User into the Decision Time software. Customer IPRs means any Intellectual Property Rights (a) in the Customer Data and/or (b) belonging or licensed to the Customer, the use of which by Decision Time is required in order to enable Decision Time to deliver the Decision Time Service. Customer IPRs do not include any IPRs licensed to the Customer by Decision Time under the terms of this Agreement.
Additional Licence means any licence, other than this Licence, that the Licensee has entered into with the Ministry, pursuant to the Act, for the purposes of exploration, development and production of Petroleum in The Gambia.
