Additional Labor Charge definition

Additional Labor Charge means the amount to be paid by Buyer for ----------------------- labor performed in connection with any Change Order, which amount shall be calculated at a rate of $55 for each Additional Man Hour.

Examples of Additional Labor Charge in a sentence

  • If the trouble is on the End User Customer's side of the Demarcation Point, and Reseller authorizes CenturyLink to repair trouble on Reseller's behalf, CenturyLink will charge Reseller the appropriate Additional Labor Charge set forth in Exhibit A in addition to the Maintenance of Service charge.

  • If as the result of the reporting Party’s instructions, the responding Party is erroneously requested to dispatch to a site on the responding Party’s company premises (“dispatch in”), an Additional Labor Charge will be assessed on the reporting Party.

  • If (a) a Party (“Reporting Party”) reports to the other Party (“Responding Party”) a Customer trouble, (b) the Reporting Party requests a dispatch, (c) the Responding Party dispatches a technician, and (d) such trouble was not caused by the Responding Party’s facilities or equipment in whole or in part, then the Reporting Party shall pay the Responding Party an Additional Labor Charge as provided in the Responding Party’s applicable retail or wholesale Tariff.
