Additional Fixed Equipment definition

Additional Fixed Equipment means Fixed Equipment affixed to the Licensed Premises subsequent to the date that Notice to Proceed is given.
Additional Fixed Equipment means property affixed to the Licensed Premises subsequent to the date notice to proceed is given. Additional Fixed Equipment may include, without limitation, walls, structures, light poles, paving stones and concrete and similar ground surfaces, benches affixed to the ground, chairs affixed to the ground, and fences and gates affixed to the ground.

  • Title to any Additional Fixed Equipment and to all construction, renovation, or improvements made to the Licensed Premises shall vest in and belong to the City at the City’s option, which option may be exercised at any time after the substantial completion of the affixing of said equipment or the substantial completion of such construction, renovation or improvement.
