Additional Exchange Offer definition

Additional Exchange Offer means the offer that may be made by the Company in accordance with the terms of the Offering Circular to exchange Series B Notes for Untendered SFC Notes.
Additional Exchange Offer means the offer made by the Company to exchange Series A Notes for Series B Notes pursuant to Section 4.20 of this Indenture.
