Examples of Additional ERs in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Exercise Price payable for the Additional ERs increased due to the exercise of the remedies will be the Unit Price.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, in the event that the Trustee exercises a Call Option, the table in paragraph (a) above may be amended to include the allocated amount for such Additional ERs.
