additional employee means an employee who has been employed during the previous year and whose employment has the effect of increasing the total number of employees employed by the employer as on the last day of the preceding year, but does not include—

additional employee. Means an employee hired for employment of less than ninety (90) calendar days duration, or an employee specifically hired for shutdowns or turnarounds.

Benefits Executive will receive an annual grant of 208 hours of credit (or such higher number of hours as are credited to Corporation's other senior executives) under Corporation's Personal Time Off (PTO) program.
