Additional Drug definition

Additional Drug means one or more of the following approved or investigational drugs: immuno-oncology, chemotherapies, cytokines, vaccines, antibodies, or other pharmaceutical or biological agents, but excluding NK Cell Therapy (as defined in the Pre- existing Partner Agreement) Controlled by the Pre-existing Partner.

Examples of Additional Drug in a sentence

  • The JRC will submit each proposed Additional Drug Discovery Plan to the JSC for the JSC to review, discuss, and determine whether to approve.

  • Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the content of each Additional Drug Discovery Plan will be consistent in scale and scope to that set forth in the Drug Discovery Plan for [***] attached hereto as Schedule 2.2 ([***] Drug Discovery Plan).

  • For clarity, no royalties payable to a Third Party in consideration for a license or other right to such Third Party’s Patent or Know- How rights that are necessary or reasonably useful for the manufacture or Commercialization of any Additional Drug may be deducted pursuant to this subsection (ii).

  • At the conclusion of the Trial (or, if this Agreement is terminated early, then upon the early termination of this Agreement), Institution and Investigator shall follow Sponsor’s instructions with respect to the return, at Sponsor’s expense, of any remaining quantities of unused Sponsor Drug or Additional Drug.

Related to Additional Drug

  • New Drug Application or “NDA” means a New Drug Application filed with the FDA as described in 21 C.F.R. § 314, a Biological License Application (BLA) pursuant to 21 C.F.R. § 601.2, or any equivalent or any corresponding application for Regulatory Approval (not including pricing and reimbursement approval) in any country or regulatory jurisdiction other than the United States.

  • Cancer drug means a prescription drug used to treat:

  • Additional SDU Study means a deliverability study that a Developer may elect to pursue as that term is defined in OATT Section 25 (OATT Attachment S).

  • Collaborative drug therapy management means participation by an authorized pharmacist and a physician in the management of drug therapy pursuant to a written community practice protocol or a written hospital practice protocol.

  • Drug abuse means the use of any controlled substance as defined in Section 893.03, Florida Statutes, as amended from time to time, not pursuant to a lawful prescription. The term drug abuse also includes the commission of any act prohibited by Chapter 893, Florida Statutes, as amended from time to time.
