Additional Drivers definition

Additional Drivers means persons listed as additional drivers on your rental agreement. Unless Family Cover has been purchased and is applicable, additional drivers cannot hire a rental vehicle independently from the lead named insured driver but can drive the rental vehicle unaccompanied by the lead named insured driver.
Additional Drivers means (maximum five) persons listed as Additional Drivers in the Rental Agreement. Additional Drivers must meet the eligibility conditions as set out in Article 3 of the Insurance Conditions.
Additional Drivers means persons listed as additional drivers on your rental agreement, whose details are provided to us prior to the commencement of your rental agreement. Additional drivers cannot hire a rental vehicle independently from the lead named insured driver but can drive the rental vehicle unaccompanied by the lead named insured driver.

Examples of Additional Drivers in a sentence

  • The rights granted to you or the Additional Drivers under this Agreement are not assignable or transferable, in whole or in part.

  • Upon termination of this Agreement, all of your rights and the rights of any Additional Drivers to use our Vehicles and participate in the Program shall immediately terminate.

  • The policy relating to the Renter’s age and any Additional Drivers and the minimum driving experience they hold is determined by the Car Suppliers, at their sole discretion, and according to the legal restrictions applicable in the relevant country, such restrictions may vary from time to time, from country to country and from one car group to another.

  • If the insurance available to you, Additional Driver(s) or any other driver (as the case may be) does not pay any third party the damages they are entitled to as a result of you, Additional Driver(s) or any other driver failing to comply with the terms and conditions of that policy, you will have to repay on demand all costs incurred by us or our insurers in settling and handling the claim.

  • Additional Charge includes any Booking Fees imposed by this Agreement, any charges incurred by the Account Holder or Additional Drivers as a result of using the Cityhop service (including but not Limited to parking infringements, traffic infringements or any fines associated with using the Cityhop service) and any fees and charges payable in accordance with this Agreement or the User Guide Rules as varied by Cityhop from time to time.
