Additional Deliveries definition

Additional Deliveries means four (4) additional deliveries of Parlodel Finished Product of one hundred and fifty-three thousand and six hundred (153,600) units, one hundred and fifty-three thousand and six hundred (153,600) units, two hundred and fifty-six thousand (256,000) units and two hundred and fifty-six thousand (256,000) units respectively (i.e. in total 819.200 units).”

  • Locational Deliverability Area or “LDA” shall mean a geographic area within the PJM Region that has limited transmission capability to import capacity to satisfy such area’s reliability requirement, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in connection with preparation of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, and as specified in Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 10.1.
