Additional Collateral Debt Obligations definition

Additional Collateral Debt Obligations means any Collateral Debt Obligations purchased by the Issuer with Collateral Interest Collections based on amounts available therefor in accordance with the Priority of Payments, following the occurrence of a Ramp-Up Confirmation Failure or a failure of the Interest Diversion Test.
Additional Collateral Debt Obligations means any Collateral Debt Obligations purchased by the Issuer with Interest Proceeds based on amounts available therefor in accordance with the Priorities of Payment, following the occurrence of a Ramp-Up End Date Rating Event or a failure of the Reinvestment Overcollateralisation Test.
