Additional Chassis means Chassis (other than Substitute Chassis) which are pledged to the Agent, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, after the date hereof.

  • Additional Chassis Cab, Truck Body and Plow Models may be offered under the Contract as follows.

  • In the case of a payment required under (B) above, the Borrowers may pledge Additional Chassis to the Agent and deliver a new Borrowing Base Certificate to Agent not later than the date such mandatory repayment is due, in which case the amount required to be repaid shall be calculated on the basis of the Borrowing Base after giving effect to the allocation of such Additional Chassis.
