Additional Assignments definition

Additional Assignments shall have the meaning given that term in Section 9.03(a).
Additional Assignments. The District shall determine in advance the number of hours a voluntary assignment is worth. Unit members shall be paid their own hourly non- instructional rate for the number of hours the district has pre-determined the assignment is worth upon completion of the assignment. Assignments include, but are not limited to, supplemental grading outside of regular teaching assignment, club advisors, curriculum development, etc.
Additional Assignments. Teachers will receive additional assignment (student activity) payments as a one-half (.5) payment midway through the activity in the School District, and one-half (.5) at the end of the activity in the School District. Pay dates will be identified on the extra-assignment form signed by the teacher and the School District designee, and payment will be made on those dates. The provisions of Subd. 3 of this Section shall apply. Before additional assignment payments are made, the teachers must return to the Superintendent an executed extra-assignment form previously submitted to the teacher.

More Definitions of Additional Assignments

Additional Assignments. Assignments compensated through a supplemental contract at a specific negotiated rate. Association: Xxxxxxxx Education Association, affiliate of KNEA and NEA, the exclusively recognized bargaining agent for Professional Employees in USD 497, assigned that role according to state statute.
Additional Assignments. If reduction in number of teachers based on seniority would result in the discontinuance of any curricular or extra- or co-curricular program, the School District may at its discretion determine the teacher employed in such program may not be placed on ULA, and the next senior teacher may be placed on such leave, at the discretion of the School District.

"Banks" means the Original Banks and the Acceding Banks and "Bank" means any one of them. "Borrowers" means the Original Borrowers and the Acceding Borrowers and "Borrower" means any one of them.

For the purpose of this section, “available” shall be defined as a run that is currently not held by any regular “A” driver or a run that is temporarily vacant due to the absence of the driver that holds the run. In order to be eligible, drivers shall be required to fill in the sign up sheets that will be posted prior to the end of the preceding school year. Drivers may accept or reject additional run assignments. In cases of emergency, available drivers may not reject additional run assignments. Emergency shall be defined as sudden, unexpected occurrence, demanding immediate action as determined by the administration or their designee.
