Related to ADDENDUM AUTHORIZATION Addendum

Addendum/Addenda means a change, or addition, or correction significant enough to be formally made to this RFP. Addenda are posted on the City websites.
Addenda/Addendum means supplemental additions, deletions, and modifications to the provisions of the RFP after the release date of the RFP.
UK Addendum means the International Data Transfer Addendum issued by the UK Information Commissioner under section 119A(1) of the Data Protection Act 2018 currently found at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇/media/for- organisations/documents/4019539/international-data-transfer-addendum.pdf, as may be amended, superseded, or replaced.
Authorization Letter means a letter agreement executed by Borrower in the form of EXHIBIT A.
Addendum / Amendment means any written amendment / addendum /corrigendum to this RFP, from time to time issued by NMRC to the prospective bidders
