Addendum/Addenda means a change, or addition, or correction significant enough to be formally made to this RFP. Addenda are posted on the City websites.
Addendum means a written official modification to an IFB.
Addenda/Addendum means written supplemental additions, deletions, and modifications to the provisions of the RFQ issued by the Department, after the date of issuance of the RFQ.

Attachment A is an itemized list of the estimated election expenses for this Joint Election and the amounts that each Participating Political Subdivision must deposit with the Dallas County Elections Department. It also includes the Deposit Detail for each entity. The Elections Administrator will amend “Attachment A” to reflect the changing estimates of election expenses that are caused by changing circumstances and by the withdrawal of Participating Political Subdivision(s), if any, from this Election Services Contract.
Addendum Agreement is defined in Section 8.2.

Addendum / Amendment means any written amendment / addendum /corrigendum to this RFP, from time to time issued by NMRC to the prospective bidders
Appendix B means the appendix to this document setting out key specifications of the Seller's Facility
UK Addendum means the International Data Transfer Addendum (Version B1.0) issued by the Information Commissioner's Office under s.119(A) of the UK Data Protection Act 2018, as updated or amended from time to time.

Terms-of-service agreement means an agreement that controls the relationship between a user and a custodian.

Exhibit A means collectively Exhibits A-1 through A-n which incorporate into the Agreement the specific terms and conditions for each TCK licensed hereunder.
Data Use Agreement means the agreement incorporated into the Contract to facilitate creation, receipt, maintenance, use, disclosure or access to Confidential Information.
Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals. Annexure A means the Contractor’s tender to supply the Product or render the Services or works to JOBURG MARKET in terms of the scope of work and on the terms and conditions, pricing and payment terms set out therein.
Addenda “Addendum” or “Amendment(s)” shall mean a clarification, revision, addition, or deletion to this Invitation For Bid by City which shall become a part of the agreement between the parties.
