Added Fees definition

Added Fees are the additional charges listed above (collectively referred to as “Added Fees”). Added Fees are established in the Fee Schedule (attached to this Agreement as Appendix A).

Examples of Added Fees in a sentence

  • The ILC may recommend to the BCMB Board that they issue a levy against the Depot Operator or temporarily suspend payment of Value Added Fees to the Depot Operator for Compaction Services until corrective measures are taken.

  • Depots will use best efforts to completely fill each mega bag prior to shipment to the Plant and must achieve the Minimum Standard Compaction ratio and must not exceed the Maximum Standard Compaction ratio for the designated Class accepted in Schedule “B” for the rolling 3-month monitoring period in order to be eligible for payment of the Value Added Fees for that Class.

  • For any invoices outstanding over 30 days, USP reserves the right to increase the Added Fees 110% of the amount(s) originally billed.

  • Depots will use best efforts to completely fill each mega bag prior to shipment to the Plant and must achieve the Minimum Standard Compaction ratio for the designated Class accepted in Schedule “B” for the rolling 3-month monitoring period in order to be eligible for payment of the Value Added Fees for that Class.

  • All fees in the Load Documents and Added Fees will be itemized on Customer’s invoice for each shipment.
