Add-on Subscription definition

Add-on Subscription means any cross-sale, upgrade, or any other additional service, membership, or subscription a Settlement Class member purchased, other than a Brazzers Subscription, which the Settlement Class member purchased simultaneously with purchasing the Settlement Class member’s Brazzers Subscription.

Examples of Add-on Subscription in a sentence

  • Certain software components or functionality of the Software contained in the original Software Subscription (or Add-on Subscription) may not be available or supported when used in the Vendor’s Cloud.

  • Certain software components or functionality of the Software contained in the original Software Subscription (or Add-on Subscription) may not be available or supported when used in the Vendor's Cloud.

  • Red Hat OpenShift Data Foundation is an Add-on Subscription to Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform.

  • Add-on Subscription terms may be amended from time to time by us provided we will notify you of such changes by email or through the Video Intelligence Portal; if you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel the affected add-on Subscription without penalty by providing notice within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of our notice.
