• ADCL may appoint ‘Project Monitoring & Supervision Consultants’, if required, who shall discharge the duties and functions substantially in accordance with the terms of set forth in Appendix and elsewhere in this Agreement.

• Subject to the provisions hereof, ADCL shall promptly return the Performance Security to the Concessionaire upon request made by the Concessionaire for release of the Performance Security along with the particulars which establish the Project Completion being achieved, and provided that there are no outstanding claims of the ADCL on the Concessionaire and the Concessionaire is not in breach of this Agreement.

• ADCL may appoint ‘Project Monitoring & Supervision Consultants’, if required, who shall discharge the duties and functions substantially in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement.

• Amaravati Development Corporation Limited (ADCL), the First Party, is set up by the Government of Andhra Pradesh, for the development, implementation, operation and management of Infrastructure in Amravati, the new Capital City of Andhra Pradesh.
