ADC Security Documents definition

ADC Security Documents means such security documents as may from time to time be executed and delivered by ADC to the Collateral Agent for itself and on behalf of the other Agents, the Lenders and the Hedging Lenders as security for the Obligations of ADC and ADM and including, without limitation, a pledge of shares in the capital of ADM held by ADC and a security interest/assignment of all Indebtedness advanced by ADC in favour of ADM.

Related to ADC Security Documents

  • UK Security Documents means the UK Pledge Agreements and the UK Debenture.

  • U.S. Security Documents means the U.S. Security Agreement, any deposit account control agreements or securities account control agreements covering the deposit accounts or securities accounts of the U.S. Note Parties and any other security agreements, pledges, or similar agreements or documents executed in connection therewith.

  • ABL Security Documents means any agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted securing any ABL Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are governed.

  • Canadian Security Documents means the Canadian Security Agreement, the Canadian Debenture, the Canadian Pledge, the Canadian Security Agreement, the Blocked Account Agreements and each other Note Security Document governed by the law of a province or territory of Canada.

  • Dutch Security Documents means the Dutch Security Agreement and the Dutch Share Pledge Agreement and any other Security Document governed by Dutch law.
