ADC Sales definition
ADC Sales shall have the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
ADC Sales means ADC Sales, Inc., a Minnesota corporation.
Examples of ADC Sales in a sentence
The Originator Agent shall be solely responsible to properly allocate and remit such payment, and all other Buyer Payments, to the Originator and the ADC Sales pursuant to this subsection (b) in respect of the Receivables sold by Originator and ADC Sales.
