Ad Units means the space in each Publication that Publisher sells to Advertiser or a third party.

Ad Units means (i) 167,527.57 AD Preferred Units sold to Purchasers hereunder as adjusted from time to time in accordance with the terms of the AD Operating Agreement and (ii) any AD Equity Securities purchased pursuant to Section 3.8(d) of the AD Operating Agreement, in each case as equitably adjusted or as a result of or in connection with any dividend, split or reverse split (in respect of any AD Equity Securities) or any combination, recapitalization, reclassification, merger or consolidation, exchange or distribution.

Examples of Ad Units in a sentence

  • You may select a format approved by Google for the display of Ad Units in connection with the Property(ies), but You acknowledge and agree that Ads and/or Links: (i) shall only be displayed in connection with the Property(ies), each of which is subject to review and approval by Google in its discretion at any time; and (ii) shall be subject to the placement guidelines set forth herein.

  • In addition, to the extent that Your Site is a media player (1) You represent and warrant that You have a valid license to use and distribute such media player (including all content therein, including without limitation any Ads or Ad Units) for the purposes of this Agreement and the Program; and (2) You shall ensure that any media player(s) that constitute the Site shall comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

  • We are not responsible for anything related to Properties except for the serving of Content that appears in the Facebook Ad Units implemented on such Properties.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, during the Term, Publisher shall sell to Advertiser, and Advertiser shall purchase from Publisher, Ad Units requested on Accepted Insertion Orders, on the terms and conditions set forth herein and therein.

  • Accordingly, and subject to Section 2.b (vii) below, you agree that we will have sole control over the appearance, design, layout, look-and-feel, Content (including adding, changing or removing Content), advertisers whose Content appear within, features, and functionality of all Facebook Ad Units and the methods and means used to monetize Facebook Ad Units.

  • OYA warrants that it shall perform and complete all repairs, modifications and improvements hereunder in a good and workmanlike manner.

  • This Agreement will not restrict (a) Advertiser from advertising in other publications or media or (b) Publisher from selling Ad Units to any third parties.

  • You acknowledge and agree that we will be the “executive producer” of all Facebook Ad Units.

  • Your display of Facebook Ad Units on any other web pages that are not Zynga Game Pages shall be subject to our prior written approval on a case by case basis (which we may withhold at our sole discretion).

  • Advertiser shall initiate all orders for Ad Units by delivering to Publisher an Insertion Order via e-mail, to the address set forth on the Insertion Order.
