Ad Time definition

Ad Time means all promotional, commercial, advertisement, public-service announcement (collectively, "Ads") and other non-programming time contained in the Service

Examples of Ad Time in a sentence

  • Fremantle, 19TV and FBC shall coordinate their respective efforts in soliciting Ad Time Sponsors and potential Ad Time Sponsors for such Sponsorship Packages.

  • Such sponsorship packages offered to Ad Time Sponsors that include product placements in the Series and other forms of in-show promotions shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Sponsorship Packages”.

  • Any proposed modification in the terms of any Sponsorship Package agreement with any Ad Time Sponsor that would reduce the Other Sponsorship Component fees payable by the Ad Time Sponsor shall require the prior written approval of Fremantle and 19TV.

  • WPTE shall submit each Episode, including all Ad Time to be included by WPTE as set forth in Section 7 of this STC, for review and approval, on DVD, to the Fox Programming Department at ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇.

  • In consideration of all rights and duties granted in this Agreement, WPTE will receive the Ad Time in the Telecast of each Episode for the promotion of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ and products and services of advertisers solicited by WPTE.

  • Fremantle, 19TV and FBC shall mutually approve, in advance of the making of any offer, the offering price and all Other Sponsorship Components (as defined below) of such Sponsorship Packages to be offered to Ad Time Sponsors.

  • Fox has the unlimited right to edit, augment and otherwise adapt the Episodes solely for format purposes and as otherwise provided herein, subject to the rights granted to WPTE herein to have included in the Episodes WPTE-designated Ad Time.

  • NCTC and/or Participating Member will not use any Ad Time to advertise or promote tobacco products, distilled liquor, any "900," "976," or similar telephone solicitations that are sexual or prurient in content or directed at children, or material which is obscene, indecent, lewd or pornographic in whole or in part.

  • From time to time Network may notify NCTC and Participating Members of restrictions and standards governing use of Ad Time (including without limitation restrictions due to exclusive advertising categories granted by Network or its Service providers, and restrictions on advertising unaffiliated competitive programming services).

  • Network shall not distribute, include or publish (or release for publication by another) in any medium (including by superimposing or embedding in a Signal (or any component thereof) or in any Network programming or Ad Time) any spot.

Related to Ad Time

  • Lead Time means the quoted timeframe calculated between the date of receipt of the PO by Supplier and the Delivery Date.

  • Record Time shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Service Down Time (SDT) means the time period when specified services with specified technical and operational requirements as mentioned in section titled “WARRANTY SUPPORT”” are not available to Gov. of W. Bengal and its user departments and organizations.

  • Response Time means the difference in time between the change of the component to be measured at the reference point and a system response of 90 per cent of the final reading (t90) with the sampling probe being defined as the reference point, whereby the change of the measured component is at least 60 per cent full scale (FS) and takes place in less than 0.1 second. The system response time consists of the delay time to the system and of the rise time of the system.

  • PM means particulate matter.
