Ad Request definition

Ad Request means an electronic request for an Ad, and any parameter or information transmitted and/or sent by Supply Partner to Fyber in connection with the Property.
Ad Request means the notification to the Company Bidding Adapter of the availability of Advertising Inventory for sale to Demand Sources via the Integration;
Ad Request means a call to Client’s server for the display of a single Impression, initiated either by Advangelists or by a Property and passed through the ATOS Service to Client, in order to initiate the display of an Advertisement on a Property.

  • Supply Partner hereby grants to Fyber and its Affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to use the Ad Request, solely (a) for providing the Service(s), and (b) in accordance with the Data Processing Addendum attached hereto as Appendix B.

  • Inline, ViziAdsTM and Post Content Ad calls made to the API are included in the Ad Request count and contribute to the total impressions.

  • The Parties hereby acknowledge and agree that: (a) any Party’s use of Bid Request data received via the Integration is subject to its Publisher Agreements; (b) Index Exchange will not be responsible for any errors or inaccuracies that may be included in an Ad Request; (c) Company shall not, and will not knowingly allow any third party acting on its behalf to interfere with or disrupt the Header Tag Wrapper, the Integration, or any part thereof.

  • ATOS and each of its Publishers reserves the right to opt-out of any RTB Platform auction with respect to any particular Publisher, bidder or Client at any time prior to the Client recording the Ad Request.


More Definitions of Ad Request

Ad Request means an electronic message sent from a browser to a Publisher Ad Server, SSP, or Ad Exchange requesting advertising content for insertion or incorporation into a web page. An Ad Request may be directed to a portion or the entirety of a web page, and it may include or consist of a Bid Request.
Ad Request means the notification by or on behalf of Client to Index Exchange of the availability of Advertising Inventory for sale to Customers via the integration of the Index Exchange Platform with Google Publisher Products;
Ad Request means an electronic request sent by Customer for a specific Target Site through the System for the placement of an Ad in the Inventory of that Target Site.
