  • For clarity, the foregoing does not prohibit Provider or the Ad Manager from using cookies, web beacons, or other tracking mechanisms solely for the purpose of providing the reporting required by Google, to enable creative selection such as frequency capping, or for another purpose permitted by Google in writing.
