On or before each Ad Confirmation Due date set forth in the Print Process Schedule Alloy will advise Company in writing of the actual number of pages it intends to use for Print Advertisements (the “Actual Number”); provided, however, Alloy shall not be entitled to purchase one page.
At least seven (7) days prior to the Ad Confirmation Due date set forth in the Print Process Schedule, Alloy will advise Company of the number of pages it desires to reserve for Print Advertisements, which number shall be either zero (0), four (4) or eight (8) (the “Intended Number”).
