Actuarial Expert definition

Actuarial Expert means [*****] (or such other actuarial expert or firm as the Parties may agree in writing).
Actuarial Expert means a senior actuary reasonably agreed to by the parties who is a qualified Fellow of the Society of Actuaries at a nationally-recognized actuarial or accounting firm that is not the auditor or independent accounting firm of either of the parties hereto who is otherwise independent and impartial and who has at least ten (10) years’ experience evaluating life and annuity reinsurance transactions.

Examples of Actuarial Expert in a sentence

  • The determination of the Actuarial Expert shall be final, binding and conclusive on the Parties.

  • The fees, expenses and costs of the Actuarial Expert incurred in rendering any determination pursuant to this Section 4.2(d) shall be split equally between the Parties.
