Actually worked definition

Actually worked shall include all regular (straight time) hours actually worked, all hours on paid vacation leave, paid personal leave, paid compensatory time, paid sick leave with a doctor’s note, and paid sick leave used for bereavement. A Dr.’s note is not required if an employee is mandated to work overtime during the pay period.
Actually worked means the employee was physically present at work for forty (40) hours.
Actually worked is defined as the time the employee is scheduled and available to perform work or performing job duties, prior to being released by supervisor that work has ended.

Examples of Actually worked in a sentence

  • To qualify for this leave the member must have:  Been employed with the District for at least 12 months;  Actually worked 1250 hours during the 12 month period immediately prior to commencement of the leave;  A newly born, adopted or ▇▇▇▇▇▇ child placement;  Provided notice to their immediate supervisor and Human Resources at least 30 days in advance, if such leave is foreseeable; and  Provided Human Resources with a verification on the appropriate District form for Parental Leave.

  • Calculations will be based on the following formula: Average annual hours Actually worked from date of hire Annual full-time hours of the employee’s classification Entitlement of full-time employee = entitlement Payment shall, at the option of the employee be made in a lump sum or as a continuation of salary until the scheduled retirement date.
