Repowered to Biomass definition

Repowered to Biomass means, for purposes of the Consent Decree, a Unit at Ratts that is repowered to exclusively combust Biomass and that shall achieve and maintain the following emissions limitations: A 30-Day Rolling Average NOx Emission Rate of no greater than 0.100 lb/mmBTU; a 30-Day Rolling Average SO2 Emission Rate of no greater than 0.100 lb/mmBTU; and a PM Emission Rate of no greater than 0.015 lb/mmBTU.

  • explosive powered tool means a tool that is activated by an explosive charge and that is used for driving bolts, nails and similar objects for the purpose of providing fixing;
