Actual Throughput definition

Actual Throughput means the aggregate volume of Materials that Refining throughputs at the Terminal.
Actual Throughput means the aggregate volume of Product that is throughput under this Agreement through Asphalt Facilities during a designated period.
Actual Throughput means the aggregate volume of Materials that DKTS throughputs at the Terminal.

  • Subject to Sections 2(e) and Section 2(k), Refining shall pay Logistics an amount equal to the Throughput Fee multiplied by the Actual Throughput at the Terminal.

Actual Throughput means, in respect of a period, the total tonnes of ore mined, produced, extracted or otherwise recovered or derived from the Mining Titles and processed through the Mineral Processing Facilities during such period.
