Actual Quantities is defined in Section 4.1.
Examples of Actual Quantities in a sentence
No later than the tenth (10th) working day of each calendar month, Formulator shall provide to Monsanto written notice of the Actual Quantities of Product that are scheduled to be Prepared for the immediately following month.
Formulator shall Prepare Product each month in accordance with the Actual Quantities for the applicable month.
Earned credits may be used to pay for timber or other products value included in Schedule B.2. Unless otherwise indicated in the Schedules, credits will be earned based upon Actual Quantities accomplished and accepted.
The Acceptance Acts shall for all purposes be conclusive evidence of the Actual Quantities of Gas delivered in any Month.
