Actual Performance Level definition
Actual Performance Level means the amount by which Net Income for the applicable Fiscal Year exceeds Net Income for the immediately preceding Fiscal Year.
Actual Performance Level means the actual level of performance achieved by the Contractor during a Measurement Period against the relevant Performance Indicator.
Actual Performance Level means, in relation to any month, the Contractor's actual level of performance against the applicable Service Level or KPI (which shall be specified in the Service Report for that month);
