Actual Increase definition

Actual Increase means the amount by which ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Part increases from one year to the next.

Examples of Actual Increase in a sentence

  • The accountant shall be a member of a nationally recognized accounting firm and shall not charge a fee based on the amount of the Actual Increase in Operating Expenses that the accountant is able to save Tenant by the inspection.

  • If Tenant disputes the amount of the Actual Increase in Operating Expenses stated in said statement, Tenant may designate, within sixty (60) days after receipt of such statement, an independent certified public accountant to inspect Landlord’s records, at Tenant’s sole cost.

  • The Actual Increase shall be calculated by subtracting FFO per share for the Prior Quarter from FFO per share for the Measurement Quarter.

  • If any such certification demonstrates that Landlord’s statement overstated the amount of the Actual Increase in Operating Expenses by 5% or more, Landlord shall credit or reimburse the reasonable cost of the audit not to exceed $1,500.00 and the amount of Tenant’s Building Percentage thereof against the next accruing payment(s) of Monthly Operating Expense Reimbursements or reimburse Tenant for same if this Lease has terminated prior to the date such determination is made.

  • If Buyer notified Sellers in accordance with Article 6.4.10 that the Increase Date will be the Actual Increase Date and the Additional Flow Date has not occurred (except due to circumstances in which the Sellers were relieved from liability for reasons of Force Majeure or Article 6.

  • If Buyer fails to give such notice, the Increase Date will be the Actual Increase Date.

  • If Buyer notified Sellers in accordance with Article ‎6.4.10 that the Increase Date will be the Actual Increase Date and the Additional Flow Date has not occurred (except due to circumstances in which the Sellers were relieved from liability for reasons of Force Majeure or Article ‎6.4.

  • PSERS Actual% Increase - This is calculated to be the ACTUAL change in the District's contribution rate from the previous year to the current year.
