Actual Flow Rate definition

Actual Flow Rate means the total instantaneous volumetric flow rate, in the form of Natural Gas, expressed in MSCM/D that is being delivered at the System Entry Point;
Actual Flow Rate means the actual oil production flow rate recorded during the Day on which Downtime occurred.
