Actual Charge definition

Actual Charge means the fee charged by the provider for all children attending the same program as determined in subsection (a) of section 17b-749-13 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies;

Actual Charge the charge (or the means of calculating that charge) for a Standard Service paid by a Network Provider to BT in respect of the whole or part of the Financial Year In Question which is less than the Interim Charge (whether as a result of the operation of Condition 24F or following the consent of the Director General to that lesser charge pursuant to Condition 16B.5 being Conditions of the BT Licence);

  • Individual Charges means those charges incurred by individual Attendees including, but not limited to, restaurant charges other than the allowable group meals specified herein, any charge for alcoholic beverages, telephone expenses, sleeping room rental deposits, upgrades, Cancellation Fee and/or other applicable service or cancellation charges incurred by an Attendee, and associated taxes, surcharges, and/or other incidentals.

  • Withdrawal Charge means a charge taken by AUL equal to a percentage of the Account Value withdrawn pursuant to Section 4.8, where the percentage varies by the Participant Account Year in which the withdrawal is made. The first Participant Account Year begins on the date when AUL establishes a Participant Account and credits the initial Contribution for the Participant, and ends on the day immediately preceding the next anniversary of such date. (However, if the applicable Series I contract Withdrawal Charge percentage is less than 4%, it shall be rounded up to 4% in this contract.) This 4% Withdrawal Charge percentage shall be in effect during the next 6 consecutive Participant Account Years. Thereafter, the Withdrawal Charge percentage shall be reduced to 0%. In no event will the cumulative total of all Withdrawal Charges, including those previously assessed against any amount withdrawn from a Participant Account, exceed 9% of total Contributions allocated to that Participant Account.

  • Actual Costs means any costs, direct losses and expenses (including any loss of revenue) reasonably incurred or reasonably expected to be incurred by the Train Operator including those attributable to limb (f) of a Category 3 Disruption and any increase in Variable Costs but net of:

  • Actual consumption means the measured consumption by a customer of a municipal service;

  • Rental Charges means the charges payable for renting the Vehicle from Us together with GST and any other taxes or levies which are all fully set out in the Rental Agreement.

  • Delivery charges means charges by the seller for preparation and delivery to a location designated by the purchaser of tangible personal property or services. Delivery charges include, but are not limited to, transportation, shipping, postage, handling, crating, and packing. Beginning September 1, 2004, delivery charges do not include the charges for delivery of direct mail if the charges are separately stated on an invoice or similar billing document given to the purchaser. If a shipment includes both exempt property and taxable property, the seller shall allocate the delivery charge using 1 of the following methods:

  • Rent and Charges Reserve means the aggregate of (a) all past due rent and other amounts owing by a Loan Party to any landlord, warehouseman, processor, repairman, mechanic, shipper, freight forwarder, broker or other Person who possesses any Collateral or could assert a Lien on any Collateral; and (b) a reserve equal to three months rent and other charges that could be payable to any such Person, unless it has executed a Collateral Access Agreement.

  • Capacity Charge means a charge for public facilities in existence at the time a charge is imposed or charges for new public facilities to be acquired or constructed in the future that are of proportional benefit to the person or property being charged, including supply or capacity contracts for rights or entitlements, real property interests, and entitlements and other rights of the local agency involving capital expense relating to its use of existing or new public facilities. A “capacity charge” does not include a commodity charge.
