Actual charge definition

Actual charge means a charge to be made under paragraph (1);
Actual charge means the fee charged by the provider for all children attending the same program as determined in subsection (a) of section 17b-749-13 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies;
Actual charge or "actual fee" means the amount actually paid by or on behalf of the insured and accepted by a provider for services provided.

  • HOA VIOLATIONS: $Actual Charge, any charges incurred by the HOA for violations of the HOA CCR's shall be the Tenant's responsibility + $25 per Occurance.

  • If any survey requested by Tenant shall determine that there has been an increase or decrease in Tenant's usage of electricity, then effective as of the date such survey is conducted, the then current Actual Charge to Tenant by reason of the furnishing of electricity to Tenant shall be increased or decreased in accordance with such survey determination.

Actual charge means the price described on Schedule 1.1 to be paid to the Alliance Entities by LabAlliance for Laboratory Services, adjusted annually in an amount equal to the change in the Consumer Price Index of the Bureau of Labor Statistics of the U.S. Department of Labor for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (Base Year 1982-84=100) for U.S. City Average All Items; provided, however, that as CPT codes are added, modified, or deleted, Alliance, with the approval of LabAlliance (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed), may add or modify applicable procedure codes and may add applicable pricing at, or adjust applicable pricing to be, sixty-five percent (65%) of the then-current reimbursement provided under the Medicare Part B program.
Actual charge the charge (or the means of calculating that charge) for a Standard Service paid by a Network Provider to BT in respect of the whole or part of the Financial Year In Question which is less than the Interim Charge (whether as a result of the operation of Condition 24F or following the consent of the Director General to that lesser charge pursuant to Condition 16B.5 being Conditions of the BT Licence);
Actual charge means the amount actually paid by or on behalf of the Insured Person and accepted by a provider for services provided. The amount the Insured Person is legally required to pay the provider for the covered services would be considered the Actual Charge. The negotiated fee, if any, between a managed care organization including but not limited to a preferred provider organization or Medicare would be considered the Actual Charge.

Actual charge means a business entity as defined in Subsection B of Section 59A-12-2 NMSA 1978, including a sole proprietorship that transacts title insurance business.
