Actual Area either shall mean the government certified actual building area measurement of the areas of DSH #2 Building and the #4 Auxiliary Building or shall mean two Skyway Bridge’s final measured actual areas approved in writing by both Parties.

Examples of Actual Area in a sentence

  • The Buyer has a private ownership of the Actual Area of the Apartment under this Contract and the technical equipment which designated for private use of the Buyer attached to the Apartment, including those as specified in Part C of Schedule 1 of this Contract.

  • In the case that the Buyer elects not to return the Commodity Real Property, if the Actual Area exceeds the estimated, the purchase price corresponding to additional area below the absolute error of 3% (inclusive) shall be paid by the Buyer, and the price of additional area above the absolute error of 3% shall be assumed by the Seller, with the property ownership of the entire Commodity Real Property held by the Buyer.

  • DSH shall then have thirty (30) days to lease that portion of the Actual Area that has not already leased by DSH but has been specified in the third party’s bona fide offer.

  • If the Actual Area is less than the agreed area, the Seller shall refund to the Buyer the price corresponding to the area difference below 3% (inclusive), and twice the price corresponding to the area difference above 3%.

  • The contribution by Shenyang Trendy as set out above shall be adjusted, after the issue of the state-owned land use right certificate (國有土地使用權證) and the building ownership right certificate (房屋所有權證) of the New NWDS Property by the relevant governmental authority, in accordance with the increase or decrease (if any) of the Actual Area as compared with the Estimated Area at the rate of RMB20,000 per sq.m.

  • Both Parties must wait until the government certifies the Actual Area of the Total Lease to be able to calculate and obtain the correct total monthly lease of the Total Lease Area, the Security Deposit and other related fees and expenses.

  • In the event of any further deviation between the Contracted Area and the Actual Area, the Consideration will further be adjusted at the rate of RMB18,000 per square metre.

  • Depending on whether such variation in the Actual Area shall increase or decrease the Purchase Price, the adjustment in the Purchase Price shall be made and paid together with the Balance Purchase Price.

  • It is further agreed that the Lessee hereby waives any allegation and/or claim and/or demand towards the Lessor in the event that the Actual Area of the Additional Leased Premises is different than the one that was designed and specified in this Addendum, unless the difference is a material difference, within its meaning in Section 3.5 above.

  • In the Apartment Handover Minutes or in the Appendix of the Contract, the two Parties agree to specify the Actual Area of Water Transfer when handing over the Apartment, the difference between the Area of Actual Liquidity and the Area of Thong Thong.
