Actron definition

Actron means Actron Group Limited, short particulars of which are set out in Schedule 1; "Adjustment" means any payment required to be made under clause 6(6), (7) or (8) or Schedule 5; "Agreed Form" means, in relation to any document, the form of that document which has been initialled for the purpose of identification by the Seller's Solicitors and the Purchaser's Solicitors;
