ACTOM Group definition
ACTOM Group means all the divisions and subsidiary companies (within the meaning of section 3 of the Companies Act) of ACTOM, from time to time;
ACTOM Group means all the divisions of ACTOM and all its subsidiaries (within the meaning of section 3 of the Companies Act, 2008) from time to time;
