ACTL definition

ACTL means Access Customer Terminal Location as defined by Telcordia.
ACTL means M/s Anax Com Trade Limited, a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at B – 405, Shubham Centre No 2, Chakala, Andheri (East), Mumbai - 400099;
ACTL means "Access Customer Termination Location" - Common Language Location Identification (CLLI) code that identifies a specific network location assigned by the provider. The first eight characters represent the building location. The last three characters identify the specific equipment. Valid CLLI's are maintained and updated in the Central Location Online Entry System (CLONES) database.
