Activity Reports definition

Activity Reports mean written reports of Activities transacted in or for any of your clearance accounts maintained by XX Xxxxxx, including trades or other transactions reported to XX Xxxxxx for clearance or booking, trades executed by a XX Xxxxxx Entity and journal entries processed by XX Xxxxxx.
Activity Reports. All information provided by Xxxxx in online or telephonic downline activity reports, including but not limited to personal and group sales volume (or any part thereof), downline sponsoring activity, and other information is believed to be accurate and reliable. Nevertheless, due to various factors including the inherent possibility of human and mechanical error; the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of orders; denial of credit card and electronic check payments; returned products; credit card and electronic check charge-backs; the information is not guaranteed by Xxxxx or any persons creating or transmitting the information.

Examples of Activity Reports in a sentence

  • When developing targets for each fiscal year, refer to data reported on the Elder Abuse Prevention Quarterly Activity Reports.

  • Contractors that fail to submit fees and Quarterly Activity Reports will incur a $25 per day late fee for every day that fees and reports are past due, beginning on the sixteenth (16th) day of the month following the end of the quarter.

  • By submission of these Quarterly Activity Reports and corresponding fee deposits, the Contractor is certifying the accuracy of such reports and deposits.

  • All Suspicious Activity Reports and related documents must be retained for five years from the date of filing.

  • All EFT Activity Reports and evidence of the review by the employee or non-employee (i.e. school auditor, accountant, etc.) designated and approved annually by the Board of Education who is not under the direction of the School Business Administrator/Board Secretary and who is not empowered to authorize EFT-based transactions are to be maintained and available for audit by the Board of Education’s independent auditor.

  • On no less than a weekly basis, Activity Reports on all transactions utilizing standard EFT technologies shall be reviewed by an individual designated and approved by the Board that is not under the direct supervision of the School Business Administrator/Board Secretary and is not empowered to initiate or authorize EFTs.

Related to Activity Reports

  • Feasibility Report means a detailed written report of the results of a comprehensive study on the economic feasibility of placing the Property or a portion thereof into Commercial Production and shall include a reasonable assessment of the mineral ore reserves and their amenability to metallurgical treatment, a description of the work, equipment and supplies required to bring the Property or a portion thereof into Commercial Production and the estimated cost thereof, a description of the mining methods to be employed and a financial appraisal of the proposed operations supported by an explanation of the data used therein;

  • SOS Reports means the official reports from the Secretaries of State of each Collateral State, Chief Executive Office State and the Borrower State and other applicable federal, state or local government offices identifying all current security interests filed in the Collateral and Liens of record as of the date of such report.

  • Progress Reports The Progress Reports as required by the individual Task Work Orders issued pursuant to this Agreement. Responsible: Responsible or Responsibility means the financial ability, legal capacity, integrity and past performance of Contractor and as such terms have been interpreted relative to public procurements. See NYS Finance Law § 163(1)(c).

  • Monthly Reports shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.16(b) of the Indenture.

  • Rapidly report means within 72 hours of discovery of any cyber incident.

  • Parent Reports has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(a).

  • GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 11, 2022 and effective December 31, 2021.

  • Rapid(ly) report(ing means within 72 hours of discovery of any cyber incident.

  • Privacy Statements means, collectively, any and all of the Company’s privacy statements and policies published on Company websites or products or otherwise made available by the Company regarding the collection, retention, use and distribution of the personal information of individuals, including, without limitation, from visitors or users of any Company websites or products (“Individuals”);

  • MI Report means a report containing Management Information submitted to the Authority in accordance with Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information);

  • Third Party Reports With respect to any Mortgaged Property, the related Appraisal, Phase I environmental report, Phase II environmental report, seismic report or property condition report, if any.

  • Billing information means any data that enables any person to access a customer’s or donor’s account, such as a credit card, checking, savings, share or similar account, utility bill, mort- gage loan account, or debit card.

  • Quarterly Reports shall have the meaning assigned in Article 6.

  • Phase I Report means, with respect to any Facility, a report that (i) conforms to the ASTM Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process, E 1527, (ii) was conducted no more than six months prior to the date such report is required to be delivered hereunder, by one or more environmental consulting firms reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent, (iii) includes an assessment of asbestos-containing materials at such Facility, (iv) is accompanied by (a) an estimate of the reasonable worst-case cost of investigating and remediating any Hazardous Materials Activity identified in the Phase I Report as giving rise to an actual or potential material violation of any Environmental Law or as presenting a material risk of giving rise to a material Environmental Claim, and (b) a current compliance audit setting forth an assessment of Holdings’, its Subsidiaries’ and such Facility’s current and past compliance with Environmental Laws and an estimate of the cost of rectifying any non-compliance with current Environmental Laws identified therein and the cost of compliance with reasonably anticipated future Environmental Laws identified therein.

  • Privacy Statement means any and all of the Company's privacy policies published on its web site or otherwise provided to users of the Company's products and services or the Company's data subjects regarding the collection, use and distribution of personal information from visitors to its web site, consumers of its products and services and/or the Company's data subjects, as applicable;

  • MI Reporting Template means the form of report set out in the Annex to Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information) setting out the information the Supplier is required to supply to the Authority;

  • Operating Statement Analysis Report format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Day reporting means a program of enhanced supervision

  • Required Reports Collectively, the Monthly Report, the Servicer’s Certificate required pursuant to Section 6.10(c), the financial statements of the Servicer required pursuant to Section 6.10(d), the annual statements as to compliance required pursuant to Section 6.11, and the annual independent public accountant’s report required pursuant to Section 6.12.

  • Staffing Information in relation to all persons identified on the Supplier's Provisional Supplier Personnel List or Supplier's Final Supplier Personnel List, as the case may be, such information as the Department may reasonably request (subject to all applicable provisions of the DPA), but including in an anonymised format: (a) their ages, dates of commencement of employment or engagement, gender and place of work; (b) details of whether they are employed, self employed contractors or consultants, agency workers or otherwise; (c) the identity of the employer or relevant contracting Party; (d) their relevant contractual notice periods and any other terms relating to termination of employment, including redundancy procedures, and redundancy payments; (e) their wages, salaries, bonuses and profit sharing arrangements as applicable; (f) details of other employment-related benefits, including (without limitation) medical insurance, life assurance, pension or other retirement benefit schemes, share option schemes and company car schedules applicable to them; (g) any outstanding or potential contractual, statutory or other liabilities in respect of such individuals (including in respect of personal injury claims); (h) details of any such individuals on long term sickness absence, parental leave, maternity leave or other authorised long term absence; (i) copies of all relevant documents and materials relating to such information, including copies of relevant Agreements of employment (or relevant standard Agreements if applied generally in respect of such employees); and (j) any other “employee liability information” as such term is defined in regulation 11 of the Employment Regulations;

  • Company’s Reports means (i) the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2019, as filed with the SEC, including the audited financial statements contained therein and the information from the Company’s definitive proxy statement for its 2020 annual meeting of shareholders incorporated by reference into the Form 10-K; and (ii) the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2020, as filed with the SEC, including the unaudited financial statements contained therein.

  • CMSA Operating Statement Analysis Report means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Operating Statement Analysis Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website or in such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions generally.

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Company Reports has the meaning set forth in Section 3.08(a).

  • Policy Statement means a written description of the current approach of an agency, entitled a policy statement by the agency head or its designee, to implementation of a statute or other provision of law, of a court decision, or of an agency order, including where appropriate the agency's current practice, procedure, or method of action based upon that approach.

  • Development Report means a written account of Licensee’s progress under the Development Plan having at least the information specified on Appendix B to this Agreement, and shall be sent to the address specified on Appendix B.
